QUALITY

Each Company of SICES Group has its own Quality Control Division operating with a Quality Control System that monitors the different steps of the jobs, starting from the estimation of the possible works, the P.O. award, up to the completion of the Contract.

Each Division is well organized with qualified people and suitable structures to perform the NDT, according to the requirements of the Contract, such as: X-ray, TOFD, Gamma ray, Magnetic particle, Ultrasonic, Dye Penetrant, PMI analyzer, Ferrite and Hardness.

Since 1984, Sices has been qualified by A.S.M.E. (American Society of Mechanical Engineers) for the following stamps:

    R Repair

    S Power Boiler

    U Unfired (ASME Code sect. VIII div. 1)

    U2 Unfired (ASME Code sect. VIII div. 2)

Since 1994, Sices has been certified according to ISO 9001 by L.R.Q.A. and starting from 1999 according to EN 729 / ISO 2834 by IIS (Istituto Italiano della Saldatura) for welding.

For the Erection and Maintenance activities, SICES is also certified by SOA, the Italian certification necessary to participate in Italian public works, and by SCC, a certification required to operate in Northern European Countries.

Furthermore, in 1997 Sices obtained the approval by the Chinese S.Q.L.A.O. (Safety Quality License Administration Organization of Ministry of Labor) for the export of pressure vessels.

Since 2001 SICES is certified by PROMATOMNADZOR for the export to Belarus.

In addition, the Companies of SICES Group are qualified by all the main Clients all over the world.
