PENSOTTI FABBRICA CALDAIE LEGNANO S.p.A. has its own Quality Control Division operating with a Quality Control System that monitors the different steps of the job, starting from the estimation of the possible works, the P.O. award and up to the completion of the Contract. Each Division is well organized with qualified people and suitable structures to perform the NDT, according to the requisition of the Contract, like: Magnetic particle, Ultrasonic, Dye Penetrant, PMI analyzer, Ferrite and Hardness.

PENSOTTI FABBRICA CALDAIE LEGNANO S.p.A. is qualified by A.S.M.E. (American Society of Mechanical Engineers) for the following stamps:

• S Power Boiler
• U Unfired (ASME Code sect. VIII div.1)
• R Repair

The Company is certified according to ISO 9001:2008 by Lloyd’s Register Quality Assurance Italy s.r.l.

Our Company is certified by Protos SOA for public works for the following categories:

• Cat. OG9 – Class. V – plants to produce electricity
• Cat. OS14 – Class. VIII – plants of waste disposal and recovery
