In order to achieve the  above mentioned targets, Sices Group General Management is engaged to operate according to the following implementation lines:

• Constant attention to the HSE Management System and its improvement in accordance with international standards.

• Definition of measurable targets through indicators linked with specific goals.

• Cooperation with Public Authorities, Clients, Suppliers, Subcontractors, Local Communities and other external  stakeholders

• Regular audits on HSE Management System and management non-conformities.

• Communication and involvement of Sices S.p.A. and associated companies personnel about HSE topics.

• HSE training / information for personnel in order to achieve the goals of health, safety and environmental protection, with a view of continuous improvement.

• Promote the adoption of materials and equipment to comply with standards of health, safety and environmental regulations.

• Promptly management of all injuries and/or accident, including those that may have environmental implications. Carry out of root causes analysis in order to determine appropriate corrective actions to be implemented for future prevention.
