The fabrication and assembling activities are based on the following typologies:

-          Pressure Vessels (such as Reactors, Separators, Columns and Drums)

-          Heat Exchangers

-          Package Plants

-          Piping Prefabrication

-          Industrial Boilers

The group has in-house fabrication facilities with advanced technologies for welding, including welding overlay.

Over the years more than 3,000 qualified welding procedures have been processed for different materials and thicknesses.

The experience in fabrication covers all main materials from carbon steel, through alloy steel and stainless steel, up to titanium.

The Group has four workshops located in:

-           Lonate  Ceppino (VA - Italy): a total ground area of 72,000 sq. m., with a covered area of 21,000 sq. m., including sand blasting and painting facilities and heat treatment furnaces. This workshop is mainly dedicated to the fabrication of heat exchangers. The limit for transportation is 200 Tons.

-          Legnano (MI - Italy): a total ground area of 36,000q. m., with a covered area of 9,650 sq. m. This workshop is mainly dedicated to the fabrication of small and medium size industrial boilers (FB, HRSG, WHB). The limit for transportation is 200 Tons.

-          Porto Torres (Sardinia - Italy): a total ground area of 65,000 sq. m. with a covered area of 10,000 sq. m., including sand blasting and painting facilities and heat treatment furnaces. This workshop is mainly dedicated to the fabrication of pressure vessels. This workshop is approx. 1 Km. far from the industrial harbor area equipped with a dock for the assembly of large dimension pieces and skid mounted plants to be shipped directly by sea without limitations of dimension and weight.

-          Kielce (Poland): a total ground area of about 60,000 sq. m., with a covered area of 38,000 sq. m., including sand blasting and painting facilities and heat treatment furnaces. This workshop is mainly dedicated to the fabrication of small and medium size pressure vessels, heat exchangers, package plants, boilers and piping prefabrication. The limit for transportation is 150 Tons.
